Premier Pacific Seafoods sells Alaska pollock and Pacific whiting products manufactured on board the M/V Excellence to customers in North America, Asia, and Europe. Products include surimi, fillet and mince block, roe, and fish meal.

All products come from a fishery that has been independently certified to the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC) standard for well-managed and sustainable fisheries. 

Our products are produced exclusively onboard, the M/V Excellence, owned and operated by Phoenix Processor Limited Partnership. The ship participates in USDC Seafood Inspection Program's HACCP and Quality Management Programs.
